144 Cranes - A photographic montage of Japanese origami Orizurus

These cranes are a selection from a thousand made by friends of mine before they wed. A thousand orizuru strung together is called senbazuru. According to an ancient Japanese legend, anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be  granted happiness and eternal good luck. 

 This is a signed archival pigment print on 300gsm matte cotton rag paper. Each print is produced to order. The photograph is supplied without a frame, the pictured frame is for display only. It is available in a number of sizes, if you don't see one listed that you want, please let me know.
