Hello, I’m Alex Bamford, a photographer living in Brighton on the south coast of England. I’ve been making pictures for as long as I can remember, most recently with a camera. Prior to turning to photography full time, I spent 30 years working as an advertising creative so ideas, however small, are behind most of the images that I create. When I’m not doing commissioned work, I have a number of long term projects that have kept me busy, night and day, for the last 15 years. You can see more of my work at alexbamford.com.

I’ve printed and exhibited my work regularly over the last 10 years with Finn Hopson of Brighton Photography creating the prints. He still produces each of my prints to order with the same exacting standards that he applies to his own photographic work (do check out his wonderful views of the South Downs). They are produced with archival inks on 315gsm matt paper, so they will continue to look their best for many years to come.

Signed, unframed prints are shipped worldwide in a sturdy mailing tube.

The time to deliver your print can vary, dependent on size and complexity of the image but in general I allow a week for printing and then delivery is added onto that, dependent on location.
